At GRUV Entertainment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your GRUV account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring that all discs, cases, and inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid return shipping label and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the items pass inspection at our warehouse.
