What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as secure payments through PayPal.

How long does shipping usually take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

What is your return policy for opened media?

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unopened shrink-wrap. If a disc is defective, we offer an exchange for the same title within 30 days of purchase.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, GRUV Entertainment ships exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How can I track my order status?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your package.

Are your products brand new or refurbished?

All products sold on GRUV Entertainment are brand new, factory-sealed, and sourced directly from the studio to ensure the highest quality playback.
